Their "solutions" only create more issues. - Will restructure an entire department based on inaccurate data that did not get properly evaluated - Will lay off the majority of a department after 2 weeks of implementing a new structure, without waiting to see if it will work and with no explanation whatsoever - High performance (and loyalty) won't save you - Asks for employee input and then ignores all of it and does what they want anyway - Obvious favoritism sprinkled throughout; Kiss enough peach and you will be rewarded, even if your personality is lacking and you aren't that good at your job
