Thank you for the review and I'm sorry your time here didn't work out the way you had hoped. We are focused on making the company successful and that isn't really a shift as much as something we now talk about. We are spending a LOT of time on compensation and it's impossible to tell if you were here during the last few months when we did two levels of salary increases in just a few months. We're now re-reviewing everyone's compensation to ensure we are paying fairly. Your voice and the voice of our current employees is important.
