      Pros

      They give great benefits such as unlimited PTO, freedom and opennes to give your honest opinion to everybody, the fast development gives space to the employees to grow together with the company. They are a GP2W great place 2 work.

      Cons

      The work pressure can be high at times, the feedback can be confronting and hard, the culture is fast pace and full of changes. This is great because you grow with the company, but for some people this can have a downside to it, as an example if you cant take critisism, this is not your place to work

      Because Velocity Global is quite a new company, some processes need improvement , however there is an amazing drive from top management to get all issues resolved.
