      Pros

      Great pay and benefits, unlimited PTO and remote first polices are fantastic! Lots of opportunity for growth and to solve exciting challenges! They are also on a constant track of improving the internal employee experience to continue getting better!

      Cons

      Nothing I can think of! As with any remote job, you do need to make sure you're focusing on your work life balance, but that's not really a con, just a skill you may need to refine if new to remote work.

      A place to create a new way to work

      Pros

      The company culture is fantastic. We are encouraged to share with our colleagues personally instead of just a professional, which creates a safe place to ask for support and help when necessary. I see they genuinely believe and follow the company values trying to empower employees and clients. I feel happy to be part of the organization; they try to provide tools to improve in the personal and professional fields.

      Cons

      It is challenging to keep track of constant changes as a growing company. The operations are growing so quickly that we do extra hours frequently or almost every day and can't enjoy the PTO.

      First impressions

      Pros

      - It really seems like they want to listen to their employees - As a 100% remote company, its people are fully able to make everyone feel included by scheduling informal meetings, ice-breaker activities, etc. - Flexible schedule - Results-driven - VERY organized company. Each department has its roles well-defined.

      Cons

      In the recruitment process, I had the impression that there was little to no internal communication, due to some misunderstandings. Not only that, but I had to call back and email several times to my recruiter since I had no response. However, now that I have an inside perspective, I can see that it doesn't represent the culture.

      Thanks so much for your five star rating. Our team is geographically dispersed all around the world so response times will vary.
