      Velocity Global has empowered me to take on projects in my areas of interest, take risks, and stretch myself. The people that work here are kind, creative, and open. I am excited to grow my career here.

      Cons

      As a global remote-first company, it can be difficult to meet people outside one’s own team, so it takes intention and effort. The company is growing rapidly, which means change will be a constant for now.

      Pros

      Core values are at the core of every layer of the company; Supportive, Integrity, Empowerment and Service. It is refreshing to experience these values and see them in action on a daily basis. Onboarding training and continued development opportunities are a primary focus. Resources are well produced and readily available and teammates are eager to help share knowledge. Work life balance is prioritized by every level of the company from immediate supervisor to Executive Leadership.

      Cons

      Demand for product and service of the company is high, so work load also appears heavy. However, expansion and additional resources are front of mind and approved to assist the company and employees. Business model is unique and complex to communicate to external constituents and to grasp big picture objective quickly.
