      - You can be who you are - You get lots of learning opportunities - You can make a difference here - You work with amazing people around the world - You are eligible for the best benefits package I have ever seen - A very caring work environment

      Cons

      - You need to focus and own your work, this is a fast paced tech environment - You need to set boundaries and own your work life balance since the company operates 24/7 (the company gives you the freedom to do so) - This is an amazing company for people who are wanting to make a difference and shape the world of work in a positive way, not a place for bystanders or mediocracy
