      Pros

      + a BIG plus is the culture and the people: you'll get a new extended family here. All of the coworkers are super driven and motivated. The culture builds on the values, which are alive at the office everyday, not just as listed on the webpages. + company is growing with an incredible phase. Only 5 years old and already 160 ish employees - amazing. + benefits: the company really wants to take care of it's employees

      Cons

      - of course when you grow fast, you will run into some growing pains. There are changes happening all the time, and if you have the right optimistic attitude, it's actually a pro instead of a con. Depends a lot from your own attitude.

      Pros

      Overall a great company to work for! The culture is great, everyone is very friendly and always willing to help. Your achievements will be recognized even if they're small. The hierarchy is flat, that means that you get the chance to interact and work with coworkers, as well as the CEO, who's very close to his employees, always making sure his that they're happy. The company is growing very fast therefore there are a lot of opportunities for growth and the company is very open to changes and to support an employee's career aspirations. The office in Denver is very modern with free snacks and games (a nice perk).

      Cons

      As a growing company and with such a quick turnaround time required for internal and external tasks, many people end up working overtime regularly. It is essential for an employee to know how to manage their time.
