      Pros

      Company culture is really good. Colleagues are nice and helpful. You get good room for growth and opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Salary increment is quite standard not as goos as IT companies. Employees are quite disposable, lay offs happen quite frequently.

      Thank you for your review and for your thoughts. I know we have had massive change and this has impacted good people. I'm hopeful that change will come to an end soon and we can move on. We do not feel our people are disposable. We've had to make some hard decisions for the business and these are tough ones - we know that people are impacted. Our hope is to be organized for our future growth and to keep our 'shining stars. I hope you will stay with us to see us through 2025 and then to what is beyond

      Pros

      Nice people to work with, remote, good pay.

      Cons

      Could be great, but management changes a lot with no clear guidelines and all process are too manual. Low leadership, overall people feel stuck in their position. Often US teams feel disconnected from the rest of the company.

      Thank you for the review and I am sorry that you have left our group. We are in the midst of hiring someone with a strong vision to run Payroll and I think this will quickly change the issues with visibility, career path and connection. It has taken too long to get this position filled and that has, no doubt, created some discontent. On to automation, ai, and new processes!
