4yAlthough it is hard to read this, it is harder to see that we lost someone who has contributed to our success for over a year.
We agree with you in that our co-workers are amazing, and it is in large part one of the main reasons for our success as a company.
Expectations
Even if Covid-19 was, by and large, not such a convenient situation for most businesses, it was an accelerator for the business we are in. The Velocity Global cloud-based Workforce Management platform enables companies to hire and pay employees in over 185 countries plus all 50 United States. For both SMB and Enterprise companies, this is a game changer. It has been because of these changes the company is experiencing 10x growth. It is predicted that the market will grow by up to 100x. Velocity Global is a beneficiary of this trend and we are well disposed to take full advantage of it as the market leader in our space. While it is arguable that our expectations may be unrealistic, what is not up for debate is the market potential for growth at 100x.
