      - Genuinely dedicated leaders trying to make things better - Formerly remote-first company means if you're far enough from hubs you can probably continue working remotely - Positive mission / vision

      - Employees frequently relied on to "go the extra mile" when systems & processes fail - Complex business model is difficult to scale - Many employees feel they *must* work overtime to be considered good at their job; environment of "get it done, no excuses" - Benefits mediocre
