      Thank you for the review. The team here is clearly our "secret sauce" and the reason our customers make us one of the best EOR companies in the space. Turnover has been high and with all the changes we are making, I expect working here may not be for everyone. We have a big trajectory from here and there's a lot of work to do - it takes a special group to drive for the future.

The people here are truly exceptional - talented, supportive colleagues who collaborate effectively and genuinely celebrate each other's wins. Velocity Global offers a unique blend of purposeful work and genuine community.

      Cons

      The company experiences significant organizational changes that can be disruptive as restructuring happens frequently. While there is deep community, the constant pivoting and evolving processes sometimes make it difficult to establish stability. The fast pace isn't for everyone, but those who thrive in dynamic environments will appreciate the growth opportunities amid the flux.

We are focused on making the company successful and that isn't really a shift as much as something we now talk about. We are spending a LOT of time on compensation and it's impossible to tell if you were here during the last few months when we did two levels of salary increases in just a few months. We're now re-reviewing everyone's compensation to ensure we are paying fairly. Your voice and the voice of our current employees is important.
