      Pros

      New CEO has her act together. She's straightforward and knows what good looks like. She's already moving the tech and product forward. The people here are awesome and really enjoy working here. It's an enjoyable place to spend time. The market opportunity is immense and there are so many angles to tackle. We have really positive customer feedback so we need to move forward in a way that ensures they continue to be successful.

      Cons

      The company is a bit beat up from the last executive team's misguided maneuvers and poor organization. They focused on the wrong things and it's taking some time for the long-term people to feel free to do good work. It's coming. A chaotic marketplace with new little entrants that are annoying.
