      I love that so many people focus on the great people that work here. It is the truth! In my limited number of days at VG, I'm stunned by how wonderful this team is. To the turnover, it's my job and focus to stabilize us in 2025. We have a very bright future ahead and need to get aligned for that. We're bringing in the last of the leadership changes and then take a big sigh and hope we can press on with fewer changes in front of us. Francoise is a genius at strategy (IMHO) and I'm excited for her leadership from here. The market is all over the place but we have smart people at the helm to differentiate us and bring us to the forefront in this vertical. Carol M CHRO

      Hi! The changes here have been incredible but I think we are locked down now. My job is to stabilize the change and get us moving forward as a combined team. Universally, I'm hearing and seeing how wonderful the team is. That's our secret sauce! :). I'm happy you've stayed with us and are still rooting for the company.
