Pros

There are so many to share, but here are a few: - The coworkers/Managers = Everyone is happy to be here and they are all willing to go out of their way to say hi, answer a question or assist you. This is a major change from where I came from so I appreciate it! - The HR/People Team = This group on top of it! The training is excellent and in depth plus they know what they are doing!! Always willing to assist you as well. - The Benefits/PTO: Unlimited PTO (and they encourage you to take time off), plus the benefits are above and beyond what other organizations offer. - Career Growth Potential = The opportunities here are endless! If you want to grow with an organization, look no further.

Cons

That's the thing, if there are any, they know about it and are working on it! I don't have any for them.

Velocity Global provides the opportunity to work with some of the best talent in the industry, all while maintaining a healthy work/life balance. There is a real community here, one that exists across department and country lines; it is inspiring to see and be a part of.

Cons

While I'm sure there are some, I have yet to encounter any.

I'm impressed with the organization of the onboarding process. The team outreach is very good and feels welcoming. Very detailed and in depth eLearning process to familiarize yourself with all things Velocity Global. This company is top notch and the recruiting shows!

Cons

If you're a person who can't prioritize a workload, you may feel overwhelmed by all the initial information. As long as you can manage your time, then i don't see any cons at all!
