Remote, decent salary, wasn't micromanaged.

Cons

Entire C-suite down was fired and replaced, including CEO. Constantly changing quotas and targets. No sense of direction. Terrible culture lead by fear.

I can assure you there are no pros to working for this organization unless you are ready to sacrifice your individuality and your soul to the corporate demon of bondage. You will become a cog in the wheel of corporate stoogery only to be rewarded by subservience and loyalty to the tribe.

Cons

Actually every part of the organization. -Negligent training -Utter disorganization -Lifeless androids in management -A vast array of convoluted redundant systems - no actual product differentiation other than “our service model” - highest price among competitors - corporate fart sniffers who vastly overestimate their value and intelligence

Cons

Leadership doesn’t know what’s happening on the front lines and treat you like a number on a spreadsheet. No job security and they have no problem wiping out middle management and salaried employees if it can make their numbers look better.
