      Pros

      + a BIG plus is the culture and the people: you'll get a new extended family here. All of the coworkers are super driven and motivated. The culture builds on the values, which are alive at the office everyday, not just as listed on the webpages. + company is growing with an incredible phase. Only 5 years old and already 160 ish employees - amazing. + benefits: the company really wants to take care of it's employees

      Cons

      - of course when you grow fast, you will run into some growing pains. There are changes happening all the time, and if you have the right optimistic attitude, it's actually a pro instead of a con. Depends a lot from your own attitude.

      Special culture that encourages sharing your voice, collaborating, and working together to accomplish goals as a team. We are an energetic team that thrives off each other and helps one another grow. I relate Velocity Global years like dog years. The amount of knowledge I've learned and consumed here has allowed me to grow exponentially both personally and professionally.

      Not necessarily a con, but the company has very high expectations.
