Pros

Cons

The worst company I have ever worked for New CEO comes in. Fires the C-suite. Hires his own ruthless, heartless and fake management team. Bullying practices. The company has lost its soul from the previous CEO. Company is sinking and management threatens teams to keep working harder not smarter. Always introducing new processes, strategies and initiatives that keep breaking or don’t work. Very heavy handed practices. Client satisfaction scores have tanked. Revenue has tanked. Company trying to correct performance to go public but not with current management. LinkedIn showing happy smiling faces and posting positive updates, but people are operating out of fear. Avoid this company if you want to keep any glimmer of positivity or soul. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Pros

Terrific - if you enjoy working in a hostile and bullying environment where everyone walks on eggs shells waiting to be let go. You will also meet people who delight in watching other people be humiliated or let go.

Cons

Everything. Avoid like the plague. It's a sinking ship and all the good people have either been fired and increasingly leaving voluntarily. The only people who remain are those who worship at the feet of a Machiavellian CEO.

Hostile work environment

Pros

Fully remote work is a plus but you can find several other companies that offer this.

Cons

A work environment where unrealistic expectations are consistently set with minimal support. Managers fail to provide guidance and support and instead, focus on barking orders while enjoying extended holidays, leaving the team overworked and underappreciated. A lot of the managers don’t even know what needs to be done which is why they can’t offer support. The lack of support and accountability has led to significant burnout, stress and trauma, requiring me to seek outside therapy to cope. I would advise potential employees to carefully consider the impact on their mental health before joining this company. If you are a top performer who has invested a lot of money and time on their education and professional expertise and value their reputation and career, I would not recommend this company.
