1yI'm sorry your time here didn't work out for you. Yes, things are going to change with the new team leading the company growth, lots of new technology and higher level customer service. With that change has come, and will continue to be, a lot of room for learning and individual development if you are looking for it. We noted last week that 15% of everyone that has been here over a year has been promoted to new roles so far this year. We're looking for the right people, new and old, to take accountability and rise.
Our charge is to simplify, break down silos and scale the company, and unfortunately, this wasn't a focus with past leaders. Change is hard but it can be fun too.
