Pros
Finally! We have leaders who are making the right decisions for the business. We had a previous CEO who was too nice and let everyone walk all over him. If you complained enough, you got it back. Now, we have leaders who are taking action. I knew there would be ridiculous reviews that are not accurate. The new CEO took away frivolous perks like the Calm app, which people used to listen to music and other things very few people used. He didn't take away ANY core benefits like some reviews are suggesting. They are providing an intentional and scalable benefits program for all of our employees that we have never had before.
Cons
It's clear the new leaders are going to take out the lazy, entitled and complacent people here, but some are still around. Ignore these loud, minority people who just coasted here. They are now being called out.
