      Culture is the front and center of everything they do here . All team members are very helpful and make sure onboarding is smooth and they set you up for success.

      It's a small company with engineering being hired to scale out to handle new business . Teething problems of growing startup

      Nice people; excellent compensation; the company cares for the employees and supports all kinds of people. They have different meetings depending on where you are located. There´s work environment and posibility to growth at the company

      Sometimes you will have a lot of meeting per day, and you need someone to cover up for you when you ask for a day off

      They will demote you with no prior notice Comissions are not paid Senior leadership fired and changed every 3 months No direction Bad rep in the industry HR talks the talk only but promotes toxic culture from the top Laid off 20% of people at company's annual party!!
