      This place USED to value it’s employees…

      Toxic / fear-based working environment, leaders give ultimatums, commissions have been cut in half, no one under a VP role is allowed to have an opinion, employees are all robots….. an HR nightmare

      Remote work from anywhere in the world

      Cons

      Culture has changed as have benefits. When I started there was unlimited PTO, perks like co-working retreats and extra benefits like Calm. All of this was removed within a few months of the new CEO and HR leadership changing.

      Remote work, but most of the other pros have gone away under new leadership.

      Cons

      No longer cares about their people the way they used too, losing grip on the market to competition and struggling to retain clients through strategic changes.
