      No integrity - comp plans keep changing for the worse every 6 months, being lied to by management is standard practice Direction, products, pricing, comisisons and job titles are being changed every quarter -nobody knows how is responsible for what and where we are going. How can they ever get good at something, if they never stick with anything? Client service is appalling

      Unlimited PTO Great, intimate team Work from home Based in Denver Office party Work is simple and easy to lesrn

      Cons

      The company CEO is insane Upper management is incredibly rude, unorganized, unprofessional. They publicly shame other Account Managers via email, give you dozens of menial tasks that should be automated at this point, make you reference dozens of different articles that should all be in one location, remote means you have to set your own hours but the work they give you makes you work overtime but they only pay $60-$70k a year which is not worth it

      Flexibility is Key

      Pros

      The workload of this job comes in waves. So some days there's almost nothing to do & you can enjoy a long lunch or afternoon off.

      Cons

      Your job responsibilities change on a weekly basis. The company is constantly in flux. They create departments & teams, then fire said departments and teams for a restructure. Quite literally no one knows what's going on half the time & it takes at least a week to get any answers from other departments (finance, rev ops, security, etc.)
