Pros

1. Hyper-growth company with lots to learn 2. Remote work if you like it 3. Interesting industry given we are looking to disrupt the way people work and how we approach work in a post pandemic world

Cons

1. You can feel neglected if you aren’t working in the US time zone. Almost difficult to have opportunities to participate in the exciting projects that contributes to company’s growth and personal growth 2. Remote work, it’s difficult to form or build relationships with coworkers 3. Compensation is on the lower side

Pros

There are a few good individuals within the company, but I would suggest you don’t work there to meet the few.

Cons

Overall, this is not somewhere you want to work. I would not recommend it to anyone. * Very high-stress work environment, which negatively impacts employee well-being. Contrary to our CEO's opinion, you can't jog it off. * The lack of accountability results in inefficiencies and total frustration. You don’t get ahead if you get things done; you just get given more to do to cover the others. Then, when you fail, and you will, your time is up. * Lack of success in this organization doesn't reflect your worth; it's more likely a sign of competence. Layoffs and terminations have hit marketing, HR, product, tech and operations hard, and even executives aren't exempt— welcome...oh, never mind. * Manic, Egotistical, Cutthroat Leadership. The negative and competitive culture stems from the leadership team. Egos! The egos are unparalleled. They treat everyone else with total disrespect, occasionally veiled in insincere niceties. That spreads - your title will indicate if your emails get answered. * A word of advice - Don’t think you can help change it. You can’t.
