      Great people horrible leadership

      Pros

      Direct team and manager are amazing and supportive. The remote first and unlimited PTO are a high selling point.

      Cons

      Leadership is reactive, unprofessional and have little insight on how to manage a growing company. They resort to pointing fingers instead of empowering their employees. When the going gets tough several senior staff including CEO broadcast emails with little thought on the damage. Cherry on top, cancelled company conference with 1 month notice 10 days prior to Christmas where employees are forced to eat the cost of cancellations fees, flights and accommodations because they simply cannot budget correctly. It’s more than disappointing.

      Poor software. Manual labor. Technology did not keep pace with growth. RH and BP are not prepared to deal with people in certain regions. LATAM

      No regard for continuity of leadership Bad leadership No understanding of how macroeconomics affect businesses Misleading equity plan as a benefit Managers who use intimidation tactics to get what they want Inclination is to fire people rather than help them improve
