Pros

The peers and team members are nice and working remote.

Cons

Horrible new CEO and ELT members he brought in. He doesn’t even understand the company and what we do and makes decisions based on former companies rather than taking the time and understand what approach is needed here. Long working hours Team members leaving are not being back filled to safe money so others need to absorb the extra workload. No work life balance and CEO/HR don’t care about burnout. Cut of most benefits. Toxic culture from ELT level and CEO.

High turn over rate means a lot. Avoiding going through this organization will be the greatest blessing in your life, and a way to protect your precious time.
