      Great Onboarding Process for all Employees . Open Door Policy in order to talk to the CEO or the Top Management. Work from Anywhere policy. Work from Home Allowance . Very good Systems and tools that make the all tasks and process very structured Training plan for the whole Employees. Velocity global consider and take care of the employees as a top of priorities.

      Pros

      This is a time of growth for this company and as a new joiner I feel there is a strong culture being built and nurtured. Leadership cares and is actively involved. I feel supported and surrounded by brilliant people who care, that I can learn from. The remote way of working is fantastic and the benefits are exciting!

      As the company is growing and scaling there is opportunity to make your mark (exciting), but also there is change so a new person must be comfortable with some ambiguity and change.
