Velocity Global takes the time to properly train us, newcomers, in the company products, processes and platforms. A good balance of online training courses, live trainings with a dedicated Training Team, 1-1s with line managers and additional 1-1s with more senior colleagues.

Cons

Getting company laptops to employees in time can be difficult depending on the employee's location.

They have an employee first approach and accessibility to all levels is there . They offer many benefits monetary and non monetary such as 500 USD home office setup , 50 USD monthly for internet and many more.

Cons

I would say working on gmail rather than outlook is something I really don’t like it . Except that everything is fine
