Most people you meet at the plan are quite friendly and open up easily once they get to know you. For the most part the plant has little to no toxic interactions. Plus the work is consistent so with some persistence you'll adapt quickly.

Cons

The work is often monotonous to the point of fading in and out of consciousness. There are countless safety issues including loose railing on the roof that poses a major risk to sanitation workers who clean up there on Sunday. There are also very few chances to use the restroom outside of the two 30 minute "lunch" breaks. What causes most people to quit rather early on is the extreme foot and join pain cause by standing in one position in temps that can be around 20 degrees f.
