Peco foods is a company that cares about the well being of all of its employees and proves that at every given opportunity. Employees at every level are given the opportunity to learn the skills and tools needed to advance to a higher level of employment.

Cons

Requirements for getting decent vacation time require several years of employment within the company. Pay for salaried positions is middle of the road when compared to other companies within the poultry industry.
