Pros
Growing company with competitive salary. Fantastic coworkers. Peco fosters an environment where I look for opportunities to contribute. They process my paycheck quickly and it actually hits the bank 3 days before payday. I always know early in the week what I'm getting paid so budgeting is easy. Insurance is almost free in comparison to what I had to pay at my last 2 employers. Insurance is widely accepted, even for eye care (which has never been the case for me before now). They have a referral program for referring new employees (haven't used it yet, so not sure about the details). I was made to feel like part of the team, no call it the family, from day 1. I've met so many people (because my position takes me all over the place), and everyone remembers my name and takes the time to say "hello". It's common for people to drop what they're doing and help you if you need it (even if you are too shy to ask for it).
How I've gotten blessed enough to find this job is beyond me, but it sure rekindles my faith in God. I wouldn't leave this company for a 25% raise anywhere else.
Cons
I don't have many things to complain about at all. I guess my biggest challenge is have to be at work earlier here than I've had to at other jobs in the past.
