      Pros

      I absolutely love my coworkers. We have an amazing dynamic and we are always helping each other out. They are my family away from home.

      Cons

      The patient load per nurse is crazy. We see between 35 to 40 patient every shift which is 8 hours. Also corporate is always involved but not in the good way. Micro manages everything

      unreasonable amount of patients in a short time frame if needed they will cut your hours without notice once you resign they don't really care as you are and always will be dispensable
