It's obvious that the organization has put a lot of time and effort into enhancing the company culture. It feels great knowing that not only my team, but my organization cares about me as a person. There's always a fun activity or event happening with the goal of bringing our employees together. My manager made it known on day one that there would be room for me to grow within the company and she was right! In 2.5 years, my job function has expanded greatly.
