      Pros

      I received a quick response, the interview process went quite well, it was not a lengthy interview, nor was it a difficult one, Everyone very friendly, and the pay was good.

      Cons

      The only con that I noticed was the training process, it could use some adjustments, but the company was growing in the area that I was in, so I'm sure they adjustments needed will come soon
