I’m only giving 3 stars because it’s a great company but horrible department

Cons

Management is horrible. My department alone had over 20 employees come and go in 3 years due to management. Pay is horrible in this specific department for the volume of work. No room for growth because they hire friends or will only allow you to move up if you in return tell them what is going on with the team
