      Peek’s Support team offers a diverse and supportive group of colleagues to work with. Everyone is fairly positive and always willing to help. The work and issues you face are everchanging - you won’t get bored. Management roles/schedules are flexible and WFH.

      Peek has been an incredible place to grow creatively over the last three years. I’ve received a promotion with clear guidance from my manager on how to get there. The environment is exciting, especially for self-starters with fresh ideas. Peek’s fast-moving pace is energizing and keeps you on your toes. The leadership respects boundaries, making work-life balance achievable if you're disciplined with time management.

      Cons

      The fast pace can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially in sales. Long hours, including some nights, may be required, but it comes with the territory of a dynamic and growing company.
