Pros

All of the people are very genuine and talented. The founders are so passionate about what they do and that is apparent in the product and the management. All departments work together very synergistically. Family environment.

Cons

As a startup, the salary and benefits are not outstanding but it's worth the trade off to feel great about going into work every day.

Pros

Amazing people and opportunities, for learning and professional development. If you are motivated there is great potential to grow. They also offer some continuing education and Chef Mike is awesome.

Cons

It's a lot of work and a growing startup so things are changing often. It's not necessarily a con, but something to be aware of especially if you are coming from a large organization.

Pros

Free Food MacBook to work on Tons of parties with TONS of free alcohol (can be a good thing or a bad thing) Ever couple weeks someone will come in, usually a client, and have lunch with the whole office

Cons

Filled to the brim with office politics No clear vision for all employees we are expected to put money first and ethics last. High employee turnover (I saw a wave of people let go every month with no warning or explanation to the team) The top execs eat better food than everyone else and seem to take more vacation days which feels like a slap in the face to everyone else Work hours-between 55 and 70 every week, work on weekends, work on vacation, very low salaries We are not given all the tools we need to do all of the work Few opportunities to grow or move into other positions Few benefits
