Pros

Working for Peek has been one of the better career decisions I've made so far. In short, the management provides more than enough opportunities for personal and professional growth. Everyone at the office is compassionate, supportive and passionate about their mission. Super fun open office space and a talented chef on staff.

Cons

Longer hours than your stable 9 to 5 office job, but that is expected of a fast paced start up.

It's a grind, but then you realize it's worth it

Pros

- Coolest co-workers you can ask for - Open and collaborative culture - Happy hours and parties every week - Most meals provided by a private chef (who is awesome) - Potential to make a real difference - Great office location

Cons

- Long hours and the typical stress of a startup - The job can definitely take over your time, but if it's with great people it can be totally worth it

Pros

- Great flexibility in so many ways - Incredible amount of responsibility handed to (new) employees, but w/o it being overwhelming - Co. is full of brilliant, creative minds, always encouraging others to speak up and have a say - Hard work is awarded with great respect - Really nice employees who are committed to doing the best work they can. Everyone is on board with the co.'s mission and ethics - Wonderful, balanced, and empowering leadership - Employees are always willing to lend a hand and teach

Cons

- Long hours. But I think this is to be expected from just about any small company with large ambitions. Still, the cohesive working environment balances this out :) - Perhaps a bit light in terms of compensation. Then again, I didn't come in with boat loads of exp., and definitely think my time there was worth it.
