Pros

The company is coming out of 2020 with a bang -- huge revenue growth, lots of hiring, and aggressively expanding into new markets. The people here are kind, candid, thoughtful, and highly motivated to do the right thing. It's an exciting place to be, and it's the right time to join and contribute to a late stage, growth mode startup!

Cons

As of Spring 2021, the company is recovering from significant cutbacks and market challenges from the 2020 COVID pandemic. The pace of growth and change means less stability and organizational maturity than can be found in larger and more established companies.

Pros

The people, The management, and the application. It is refreshing to be part of a company that values its employees and their customers. Ideas are heard and implemented, and the application, as well as the processes reflect that. You can hear the pride in the work force voices and see it in their attitude, which is something that has been lacking in other companies I have worked for through out the years. Peek has strong management, with minds always thinking of the future and how to improve the workplace for their employees and streamlining external and internal process. If you are thinking of joining the peek family, I highly recommend it. Get your foot in the door, show them what you can do, and you will advance quickly based on what I have seen.

Cons

Training is fast with a lot of information, but they are working on a better training program.
