Pros

Here are the reasons I work at peek: the culture, the product, the leadership team. The culture is diverse which helps drive our core values, interactions, and beliefs. The product sells itself and all you have to do is show effort. Our leadership team listens and we are able to grow as a team.

Cons

No cons, leadership listens and makes decisions based on our feedback.

Pros

• The founders and leadership on the Product Team are incredible and really fun to work with ⁃ Product Leadership is understanding that not everything can get done and encourages prioritizing time and requests to get the most important stuff done • The Engineering Team at Peek is wicked smart, works fast, and is great to work with ⁃ They do a good job of pushing back when things are too hard but, more than often, they’re a magic resource when Product needs them to be • The Tours & Activities industry is a burgeoning industry with a lot of exciting players and competition ⁃ Peek Pro services a range of partners, ranging from large tour providers to Mom & Pop Kayak Shops so we get to consider a lot of use cases when working on products • There is a great suite of data analysis tools that are available to our team (Looker, SQL, MixPanel, etc) ⁃ It’s super easy to calculate and visualize the impact that our team is having • Peek is hiring a lot of positions on the Engineering Team so it’s an exciting time to ramp up with Engineers who are just getting started as well

Cons

* There can be a lot of inbound to the Product Team as we work closely with most other teams at the company * Sometimes information gets lost in Slack and our team has to repeat the same thing multiple times
