Pros

Peek is a company that has been growing substantially and will continue to grow as it continues to thrive in the travel industry. It is great to be able to have unlimited career advancement opportunities. In the small time I have been here I have already been able to have new opportunities. It is great not having to worry about what to eat for lunch since they have a full stock kitchen and lunch is catered at least once a week. Every year we have a company retreat where we do many fun things and learn a lot. I am happy to come to work every day. You work on Apple products.

Cons

Being a newer/start up company there is always new things happening and changes going on. At this time we don't have a 401K or tuition reimbursement but that will probably change in the future.

Pros

A growing company that truly wants to have internal growth first before hiring outside, which is refreshing to have your hard work pay off. They do a great job of hiring people who follow the values of this company. These are some of the best people I've ever worked with.

Cons

I work in Partner Support when partners call in. When they call in you're not always going to get someone on the line who is happy to talk to you.
