Pros

- Great work environment with super driven, travel-focused individuals - Love our SF office culture with the open layout and total transparency - From engineering, to sales, to support staff, everyone gets along and it's awesome! - Weekly "Peeknics" allows the entire company time to learn from industry leaders (think: CEO of Stichfix, President of Hotwire, Founder of Foodzie, and more. It's really cool to have open Q&A with these heavy-hitters and get industry insights from outside perspectives)

Cons

- Startup world often comes with a lot of "working through the kinks" but I'm confident that our current leadership team are actively working on creating more structure and implementing processes that work - No 401k - wish we had this over other benefits!

Pros

Over the past year, I've seen the sales team make a lot of changes for the better. Peek brought in top talent to help the team grow and improve processes. In recent months, the entire team has been doing incredibly well. Our new reps are ramping faster than ever and have a lot of opportunities to learn the product and practice demoing/closing in the first few months. Most of the team has been at or exceeding quota. Expectations, compensation, and career path are clearly laid out. There's a lot of room for progress and growth for anyone considering a position as an Account Executive at Peek.

Cons

The comp structure used to be different and made it hard to make a lot of commission within the first six months of the job. This has since changed to help new reps focus on learning rather than closing. You need to be OK with being an autonomous worker. There are a lot of reps and not enough managers (although they're working on hiring more). It's a good environment if you're an independent contributor and can self-motivate.

Cons

No retirement plan yet. People can get burnt out.
