* Being a part of a major leader in an industry that's rapidly growing * Working with extremely smart and passionate people * Everyone has a part to play in the company's success, people who go above and beyond are recognized for their efforts, and everyone cares deeply about their work * Challenging work * Autonomy and ownership of your work * Great office environment (weekly catered lunches, dog-friendly office, frequent happy hours and get togethers) * Annual company offsite that brings all the offices together * A culture that fosters growth and intellectual curiosity
Cons
* I know more benefits are on their way but it would be great to have a 401k with company matching * If you're the type of person who just wants a basic 9-5 where you're just another cog in the machine, this is not the company for you

- Peek's team and work culture is truly amazing - Peek has a diverse set of people from different parts of the country - Peek offers company wide lunches each week - Software Engineers at Peek are all very intelligent and excited to constantly learn - Everyone here at Peek are master explainers! All the software engineer love teaching, explaining, and helping their engineers - Lots of room for personal growth in all areas - Transparency is one of the core values of Peek - Peek cares about their employees - Great work life balance
Cons
- Since Peek is growing, some Software Engineers are dispersed throughout different states. Although the team is distributed in different states, Peek has a good form of communication with other engineers.
