      Motivating and lots of room promotion. I have already been promoted twice!

      Pros

      Motivating supervisors, fast-paced working environment, leaders who listen and lots of room to move up in the company. I have already been promoted twice! Fun and motivational contest are always going on for employees to win extra money or PTO which makes coming to work extra exciting. Fun training from live classes, webinars and online training. Great pay, wonderful benefits, amazing 401K program, extremely generous PTO program and additional paid holidays (You even get your birthday as a paid holiday)!

      Cons

      They make us renew our fair housing certification every year but, I guess it's to make sure we are up to date on all the new laws.

      Pros

      Pegasus offers decent salaries and seems to have some advancement opportunities (though my coworkers who were promised promotions never did receive one).

      Cons

      I found the management/owners of Pegasus to be very unethical. Intimidation tactics were employed to get the most out of their employees. While working here, I consistently witnessed their top-producing sales people being verbally bashed to other employees (by the owner). My personal experience was very unpleasant as well, even though my contribution to the company was quite substantial. Very disappointed in management for the way this company treats their employees.

      Pros

      Pros about working for this company and at Marbella is the benefits, and the training that they offer for us. I'm learning a lot about how the systems works and what the policies. They go very in depth about how everything works which I love.

      Cons

      Honestly I don't have any cons. This is my week and a half working for this company and at this complex and I'm learning and settling in. We get along with the construction crew and we all get along well.
