Pros

High Pay. Great schedule. No one even knows if you are there or not. Do as you please. Do a good or bad job- your choice! No accountability so almost impossible to get in trouble.

Cons

No one in upper management has any idea what they are doing. They are all middle aged people from different industries entirely with huge ambitions and zero competency. They are cheap and wasteful at the same time somehow.

The dietary department and the staff in the kitchen were amazing.

Cons

The work load in the business office was brutal. You are set up to fail. The care team are always short staffed and the management team would often help out the care team until 10pm after working our regular 9 to 5 shift. Zero work life balance.
