I have worked in the senior industry for some time now. what I love about Pegasus is you don't feel alone. Every time I call my regional she picks up the phone, gives me advice and shows me how to improve as an individual. we have weekly sales calls to check in and see what areas we are missing and what we can capture for sales. i finally have goals and motivation what i was missing at a former company.
