Nice salery and can learn a lot while leading projects. Lots of excellent function team members to work with.

Cons

As ODM / OEM company, it is not easy to deal with different customer especially when you are in a small business unit which is lack of experience.

Salary and compensation were okay. Learned a lot. An environment made you become stronger.

Cons

Work overtime. Sometimes had to work in weekends. No private life. Authorized communication system. Followed everything boss said.
