The is company is getting strong but has some weaknesses need to be ameliorated.

This company is growing fast and the boss has good foresight and kindness to lead employee.

Cons

Too many unqualified employee and supervisors, it is tough and tired to cooperate with them. Most revenue comes from OEM for Apple's products such as iphone.

The company has well established structure, which provides every basic insurances required by the government. The working environment is also friendly.

Cons

The working hours are long in the company and is not easy to get promoted since there are a lot of people. In my BU, we didn't find a good position in a competitive market.
