Can be a good place to work or hell. It depends on which BU you work for

Pros

The working hours may be long, but managers won't monitor closely what you did at work only what you've done. If it's not a busy season, you may check in and leave all day only to come back to check out, it's fine. As long as you get your job done. The environment is nice. There are lessons, gyms and cafeteria for employees.

Cons

The paid is not good. Neither does the bonus compared to other ODMs.
