Salary and compensation were okay. Learned a lot. An environment made you become stronger.

Cons

Work overtime. Sometimes had to work in weekends. No private life. Authorized communication system. Followed everything boss said.

This company is growing fast and the boss has good foresight and kindness to lead employee.

Cons

Too many unqualified employee and supervisors, it is tough and tired to cooperate with them. Most revenue comes from OEM for Apple's products such as iphone.
