You will learn motherboards, wireless and other components

Cons

No Training, only on how to use company software (A week) Then your off to the races. No Professionalism, Management acts like we are at a football game rather a job. Days can and will be shifted. You will have a hard time getting hired on by the temp service. Take two calls everyone. Too much micro management for a small call center

you get a chance to learn a lot of skills that other buisnesses would require experience and or degree to obtain.

Cons

very hard to get hired on full time from a temp position. promised bonuses but usually dont see them. No raises. bad leadership and organization.
